Facilitation

ARC facilitation services focus on getting people with differing backgrounds, viewpoints, and agendas to collaborate and reach a productive end result. We help clients assess the situation and understand stakeholder interests. Then we work together to plan the meeting, build an agenda, and align on the process to reach the desired outcome. We will help build trust among team members and/or other stakeholders in order to create a safe environment where all participants can speak up and be heard. We excel at navigating complex interpersonal dynamics within an organization or business. We are able to facilitate meetings and engagements between employees, with a team, across the organization, or within coalitions and broader stakeholder engagements.
