Our Process

Consulting projects can be tailored to the needs of the client and include:

Conducting a comprehensive Organizational DEI Assessment;
Partnering with Senior Leaders and Staff to understand starting point in journey toward equity;
Working alongside Senior Leaders and Staff to develop DEI Action Plan;
Establishing accountability measures across DEI Action Plan strategies;
Building organizational DEI capacity to advance DEI goals; and
Developing internal & external communications strategy to report on progress to goals.
